DIRECT ANSWER

First work out the format: 75-ball bingo uses a 5×5 card with a free centre square; 90-ball bingo, played in India as Tambola or Housie, uses a 3×9 ticket with 15 numbers. Then find which patterns win and when a result is final.

A bingo card on a screen doesn’t tell you which bingo you are playing. The format decides what numbers can be drawn, what a winning card looks like, and when a round is over. Settle that first, and the rest of the screen becomes readable.

75-ball or 90-ball?

The quickest tell is the card shape. Five columns with a free centre square means 75-ball. Three rows of nine with blanks means 90-ball.

Three things to find before a round starts

  1. The number range: 1–75 or 1–90. This tells you the format.
  2. The winning patterns, and whether more than one prize is paid per round.
  3. When the result is final. Most apps auto-mark numbers. Check whether a win is credited automatically or needs a “claim” tap, and what happens if two players complete a pattern on the same number.

What the Bingo101 APK shows

The APK on our Bingo101 page has the package name com.bingo.slots.game. Despite the bingo branding, the package says “slots”, which suggests the package was not created for this game. It is version 1.1.4, about 59.2 MB, and declares the same nine permissions as every app in our directory. It requests no access to SMS, contacts, or storage.

It is also signed with the same certificate as the other 13 APKs, which are mostly rummy and slots brands. In other words, Bingo101 is one more skin on a shared framework (the signing-key findings). Inside the app you may find slots or rummy games alongside bingo.

Signs to stop

The UK Gambling Commission’s definition of bingo is useful background on the format, but it doesn’t describe Bingo101’s rules or its status in India. Bingo played for money is an online money game under India’s 2025 Online Gaming Act and is prohibited; Tambola played for fun is not. See online gaming law in India.
