Note how many game categories the Spin777 menu lists, whether account, support, and terms are reachable from the top level, and where the version number appears. Then compare the package name and version with the file you meant to install.
Several unrelated products use the name Spin777, so the menu structure is one of the more concrete ways to tell which one you have installed. Colours and logos are easy to copy. Menu structure, version numbers, and package names are harder.
What to note in the main menu
- Game categories. How many there are and what they are called, for example slots, card games, rummy, or “hot”.
- Money entries. Whether “Add Cash”, “Withdraw”, “Bonus”, or “Refer & Earn” appear in the main menu or only inside the profile area.
- Account, support, and terms. Whether they are reachable from the top level or buried two or three taps deep.
- Version or build number. Usually under settings, profile, or “About”. This is the most useful single detail for matching your app to a source.
Matching your app to the file we checked
The APK on our Spin777 page has these details, read directly from the file:
- Package name:
com.spin.sev.games - Version: 1.1.7
- Size: about 36.7 MB
- Permissions: nine, with no access to SMS, contacts, location, camera, or storage
On Android you can see an installed app’s package name and version under Settings > Apps > Spin777 > App details; the exact path varies by phone. If the package name differs, you have a different Spin777, whatever the icon looks like.
What the file says about the framework
This APK is signed with the same certificate as Spin101, Spin Gold, and the other 11 apps in our directory. Their menus are likely to share the same structure, because they are the same app framework with different branding. See what the shared signing key shows and our Spin777 vs Spin101 comparison.
Signs to stop
- No version number anywhere in the app.
- Terms and support reachable only after a deposit.
- A menu entry that opens a web page on a different domain asking you to log in again. See recognising fake support and phishing.
